We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who will play a key role in developing and executing data-driven strategies to enhance customer acquisition and engagement. You will work across marketing channels to find opportunities to scale our growth more effectively.
In this role, you'll;
- Co-develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Optimize digital and offline marketing channel strategies to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, and country teams to enhance customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
- Leverage customer insights, A / B testing, and analytics to refine messaging, user journeys, and campaign effectiveness.
- Project manage and scale growth experiments and implement processes to optimize marketing efficiency.
- Analyze growth metrics and develop regular reporting to measure performance and inform strategic decisions.

10 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or mobile technology.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data science, or a related field.Languages : Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).Demonstrated proficiency in project management as well as experience leading large-scale and complex cross-functional projects.Proven ability to scale customer acquisition through paid media, organic growth, referrals, and partnerships.Strong analytical skills with experience in A / B testing, marketing attribution models and data analytics (including proficiency managing data with excel / google sheets and familiarity with SQL).Understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM, marketing automation) and growth hacking techniques.Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.You might be a good fit if you
