- Drive business growth and market expansion by ensure profitable growth of existing business while increasing market share, customer share, and overall profitability.
- Manage working capital effectively by maintaining inventory and receivables within target levels to support healthy business performance.
- Develop new customers and business opportunities by actively build new relationships in the Mining & Exploration segment and partner with the sales team to identify new opportunities and create agile, customer‑focused strategies.
- Achieve sales targets through strong customer engagement by meeting regular sales targets, conduct extensive customer visits, maintain strong relationships, and clearly demonstrate the value and technical benefits of products and services.
- Collaborate internally to improve delivery, inventory & support by working closely with logistics to meet delivery commitments and optimize inventory; support customer care with technical information for quotations; and partner with Business Partners to grow Epiroc’s presence in West Africa.
- Manage territory data and market intelligence by collecting and maintain market data (customer mapping, drill meters, fleet details), track exploration projects, monitor competitors, and contribute strategic insights through market and competitive intelligence.
Your Profile :
Strong understanding of exploration drilling application, both RC and Diamond drilling.Degree in Engineering, Geology, Mining, Mechanical, or equivalent gained by experienceTechnical knowledge of exploration drillingCombines problem‑solving skills with the ability to prepare effective marketing plans that support business growth.Combines solid organizational, planning, and follow‑up skills with strong analytical capacity and a strategy‑oriented mindset.Location and other info such as travel requirements etc
