This role will be accountable for end-to-end managing complex and / or large programs, leading its program teams and interfacing with key customer contacts from its early pre-sales to delivery conclusion phases manly in telecom area.
LTA or regular employment type will be decided during the recruitment process.
What you will do :
- Be responsible for the delivery of services (scope, cost, quality, time and customer satisfaction) within MMEA Cloud Software and Services.
- Provide guidance, set priorities, coordinate, act as first point of escalation in delivery matters, to the project team and in particular for the CPMs / PDs
- Work in coordination with the MMEA domain LMs to set team members goals (IPM), provide feedbacks and support the IPM ratings
- Be accountable of the account / cluster’s Net Sales, Un-adjusted Margin, OB (Add-on Sales only) for both planning and execution
- Support domain LMs to staff project members, interviewing and selecting right candidates, motivate and retain them
- Evaluate and manage third party relationships.
- Effectively manage key internal and external stakeholders including the customer C-Level.
- Identifying Add-On sales and close them
The skills you bring :
12 + years of experience on Telco customers and within Systems Integration / Network Vendors Industries on driving SI transformation programsIn depth knowledge of the telecom industry, including a thorough understanding of economic / commercial / political issues affecting the industry and competitor strategiesProficiency in French and English languagesA proven track record in leading BOS / Core / Optimization / ADM type of engagements, at least 5 years of experience leading complex SI-Projects / Program in leadership positions.A proven ability to match HL customer requirements with Ericsson’s solutionsThe ability to lead / turn around large complex programs from a solution and delivery perspective while maintaining a strong business acumen.The ability to manage a team of project managers, solution architects, integration engineers who can be in virtual / remote locations.A result-oriented approach. Able to work independently and take a logical approach to analyzing problems and planning actionsA strong ability to interact at the senior level while building strong relationships both internally and externally.Driving up-sales opportunitiesEducational Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a science, business or telecommunicationsPMP Certification and MBA is preferredGood Knowledge on eTOM framework and ITILFocus areas of domain expertise :
BSS, OSS, Core Network (Packet, Switched, IMS, SA / NSA architectures), Cloud InfrastructureEricsson BCSS portfolioCompetition knowledgeLeading large-scale project / program, transformation program managementTechnical pre-sales and project delivery experienceIn addition, below skills are required :
