The Role:
1. Customer Development & Relationship Management: Proactively explore overseas markets, establish and maintain strong customer relationships. Ensure the collection of at least 20 new customer leads and initial contact each month.
2. Achieve Sales Targets: Take full responsibility for meeting personal sales goals, securing a minimum of 1 confirmed B2B order per month.
3. Internal & External Coordination: Effectively coordinate business activities between the China headquarters team and key overseas accounts. Execute tasks assigned by supervisors, including customer visits, phone calls, payment collection, and account maintenance.
4. Market Research & Analysis: Continuously gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, industry exhibition information, and potential customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
5. Comprehensive Support: Participate in domestic and international exhibitions as needed, assist with warehouse supervision, and support talent acquisition efforts.
Ideal Profile:
1. Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (written and spoken), with strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Knowledge of Dioula is a plus.
2. Core Competencies: Thoroughly familiar with the B2B sales process, with a proven ability to independently develop new customers and nurture stable, long-term client relationships.
3. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales. Background in industries such as tires, wallpapers, hardware, building materials, or household appliances is highly preferred.
4. Education: Bachelor's degree or above; no specific major requirement.
5. Personal Attributes: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong sales acumen, high level of professional integrity, and the ability to work under pressure.
