Dans le cadre de notre forte croissance et pour remplacer un poste clé au sein de l’équipe, nous recherchons un.e Project Portfolio Manager pour piloter des projets complexes à fort impact : ouverture de nouvelles écoles, déménagements, intégration post-acquisition, etc.

Vous avez piloté des projets de transformation ambitieux dans des contextes multiculturels complexes, avec rigueur et impact. Les méthodologies de gestion de projet n'ont plus de secret pour vous, et vous savez les adapter avec discernement selon les réalités du terrain. À l’aise avec les outils digitaux, vous apportez structure, clarté et efficacité dans le suivi de vos projets.

Fédérer une équipe autour d’un objectif commun, gérer des résistances au changement ou encore dialoguer avec tact avec des interlocuteurs variés fait partie de votre quotidien. Doté.e d’une forte intelligence relationnelle, vous naviguez avec aisance entre cultures et dynamiques locales, avec une capacité d’adaptation éprouvée sur le terrain. Une expérience significative en Afrique – ou une réelle familiarité avec ses contextes éducatifs et institutionnels – vous permet de comprendre rapidement les enjeux locaux et de gagner la légitimité nécessaire auprès de nos principales parties prenantes. .

Responsabilités clés

1. Pilotage des projets stratégiques de croissance

• Superviser l’ensemble des Large Projects (lancement de nouvelle école, déménagement, ouverture de nouvelle section), en respectant les engagements de délais, budget, qualité et impact attendu (nouvelles inscriptions).
• Conduire les projets d’intégration d’écoles nouvellement acquises, en définissant une vision claire pour chaque projet, en impliquant les DRIs et l’Exco, et en assurant un haut niveau d’engagement des parties prenantes internes et externes.
• Élaborer les plannings, suivre les budgets, coordonner les parties prenantes et animer les comités de pilotage.
• Suivre les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) liés à l’exécution, la qualité et les résultats des projets (taux de rétention, taux d’inscription, conformité au Operating Manual, etc.).
