The Project Manager will be responsible for all matters pertaining to this contact and will be ultimately responsibility for ensuring requirements described in this SOW are met.

Minimum Requirements :

• At least five (5) years of directly related experience managing projects of similar scale and complexity in geographically diverse locations. Programs experience should be valued at $5 million or more. Similar complexity may be projects involving two or more sub-tasks under Section 3 (, training of foreign security forces, mentorship of foreign security forces, equipment procurement, and new equipment training) within the same project scope of work.
• The PM must have at least one (1) year of direct experience working professionally in sub-Saharan Africa.
• Must Be able to speak French
• The PM must have five (5) or more years of experience working in conflict zones in Africa, with a preference for experience operating in West Africa, and / or other relevant countries listed below under Other Relevant Countries : Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, Libya, Haiti, Lebanon, Colombia, Egypt, Israel, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Pakistan, Mexico, Guatemala, Timor-Leste, Burma, Nepal, and Philippines. “Managing projects” shall be defined as the candidate serving as the senior-most in-country management official at the project level.
